Employers really don't spend much time at all reviewing resumes, unless
they see something they are looking for. This resume is designed to be
quickly scanned by the employer and to highlight your knowledge and
achievements.
Before you start your resume, know what employers are looking for in
your field. Are they looking for experience with certain software
programs, or certain other achievements? Make sure these
accomplishments stand out, so the employer will spend more time on
your resume and hopefully set up an interview with you.

An experienced cost accountant and financial analyst seeking a position
with a stable company. Leader in continuous improvement initiatives and
